Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation, COVID-19 Sharing Event
[Asia Economy Reporter Jonggil Lee] To celebrate its 40th anniversary, the Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation held a sharing event on the 2nd to provide food to medical staff fighting the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). They delivered 800 servings of pumpkin porridge made at Han-guk-ui Jip and letters containing support messages to Inje University Seoul Paik Hospital, Sangye Paik Hospital, and underprivileged groups in Jung-gu. The Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation, an affiliate of the Cultural Heritage Administration, started as the Korea Cultural Heritage Protection Association Foundation on April 1, 1980. It carries out various projects including traditional performances, reenactments of traditional ceremonies, traditional culture experiences, promotion of traditional food, cultural heritage education, international cooperation on cultural heritage, and cultural heritage investigation and research.
