Sangga Information Research Institute's Consulting on 'Creating Income-Generating Real Estate with Noneundang'
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] The Commercial Information Research Institute announced on the 3rd that it will conduct consulting services to utilize "idle land" (vacant land) for profit-generating purposes.
The consulting targets are owners of nationwide public land, city-owned land, and private land who have been unable to find ways to utilize their idle land due to various restrictions over a long period.
Hyuntaek Jo, a researcher at the Commercial Information Research Institute, said, "To create productive added value on idle land, it is necessary to predict the demand for using the vacant land and introduce content that matches market trends. Depending on the location, there have been quite a few cases where related facilities such as specialized restaurants, large cafes, medium-sized marts, parking lots, and cultural and relaxation spaces were attracted to the idle land and spaces, turning them into productive real estate."
