HiteJinro Leads the Way in Training Firefighting Professionals

On the 3rd, Hite Jinro announced that it will support the overseas training program and dormitory supplies for 'Korea Firefighting Meister' High School, a school specializing in training professionals in the field of fire safety management. This is to ensure that students who will lead the future of the firefighting field can continue their studies in a better environment.
On the 1st, Hite Jinro held a delivery ceremony at Korea Firefighting Meister High School located in Yeongwol-gun, Gangwon-do, attended by Principal Choi Seok-min, Hong Joon-sung, head of the Korea Veterans Firefighters Association, and other officials. They delivered 120 mattresses and 100 lockers needed for the dormitory where all students live, as well as 100 hand sanitizers, 2,400 bottles of water, and 400 chocolates to prevent COVID-19 infection.
In addition, 20 outstanding students will be selected to receive an overseas training scholarship program during the summer vacation to visit countries excelling in firefighting and safety.
Korea Firefighting Meister High School is the only specialized firefighting high school in Korea and a special-purpose high school tailored to industrial demand, having selected a total of 85 new students this year.
