On the 2nd, Seoul City held the 3rd Transit-Oriented Youth Housing Authorization Subcommittee and announced on the 3rd that it had approved a revised district unit plan amendment for the transit-oriented youth housing project in the area of 241-1, Sungin-dong, Jongno-gu.
With the approval of this transit-oriented youth housing project, once the district unit plan is officially decided and announced, the construction of the 139-unit youth housing will proceed in earnest.
