'Mr. Trot' Nataejoo Selected as TV Commercial Model for Electron Land
[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] Electroland announced on the 3rd that it will air a TV commercial featuring singer Na Tae-ju, a contestant from 'Mr. Trot,' as its model.
This Electroland commercial was produced using the character of Na Tae-ju, who appeared on Mr. Trot, and will be promoted through TV and social networking services (SNS). In the commercial filmed last month, Na Tae-ju showcases Taekwondo choreography and vocal skills while introducing the benefits of the ‘Eutteum Efficiency Ten-Ten Festa.’
Na Tae-ju is a member of the Taekwondo group ‘K-Tigers’ and advanced to the semifinals of Mr. Trot with his spectacular Taekwondo techniques and outstanding singing ability. He is also a former Taekwondo athlete who ranked number one in the world in Taekwondo Poomsae in 2018 and debuted last September as part of the mixed-gender idol group ‘K-Tigers Zero.’
It is also said that Hong Bong-cheol, chairman of Electroland, actively participated in the marketing meetings. While joining Electroland’s ‘Eutteum Efficiency Home Appliance Purchase Cost Rebate Project,’ he expressed a desire to support the public through a bright and energetic commercial during these difficult times.
An Electroland official said, “We selected Na Tae-ju as the model to utilize his image, loved for his bright and healthy appearance and dazzling performance on broadcast. As he is a world number one ranked Taekwondo athlete and a singer who appeared on a national entertainment show, Electroland will also present national representative-level benefits.”
