National Police Agency Holds 'Forensic Science Techniques, Equipment, and Ideas Contest'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] The National Police Agency announced that it will hold the "8th Scientific Investigation Techniques, Equipment, and Ideas Contest" for the general public until July 31.
This contest was organized to identify the direction and demand for the development of scientific investigation from the perspective of the security field and the public, and to discover ideas that can help solve cases.
The contest theme is "new techniques, equipment, and ideas related to scientific investigation," and anyone can apply. Ideas that can be immediately utilized in the field will undergo pilot operation and, based on the results, nationwide expansion will be considered. These ideas will also be used for planning new research and development (R&D) projects in the field of scientific investigation and for establishing scientific investigation policies.
