Meanwhile, attending the Democratic Party Gwangju City Party candidate launch ceremony held at the May 18 Democratic Cemetery, Min said, "I will promote future policies that protect the great value of the Gwangju spirit while enriching the lives of citizens," and added, "I will surely repay the kindness of Gwangju citizens through the reestablishment of the administration."
