View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] On the 30th, Mokpo Muan Sinan Livestock Cooperative visited Sinan County Office with Chairman Moon Man-sik and officials to deliver a scholarship fund of 30 million won, requesting it be used for nurturing local talent, the cooperative announced on the 31st.
Chairman Moon Man-sik stated, “I believe that nurturing talent is the most important thing for the future of our Sinan, which is why we decided to donate the scholarship fund,” adding, “We will take the lead in creating a warm local community through solidarity and sharing.”
Since 2016, Mokpo Muan Sinan Livestock Cooperative has consistently donated scholarship funds, supporting the Sinan County Scholarship Foundation with a total of 65.04 million won to date.
Park Woo-ryang, Sinan County Governor and chairman of the Sinan County Scholarship Foundation, expressed gratitude, saying, “Despite the difficult economic conditions due to COVID-19, we thank you for donating scholarship funds to nurture local talent,” and added, “I hope the beneficiaries will have gratitude toward the donors, grow into outstanding talents, and create a virtuous cycle by giving back to society.”
