Mid-sized Housing Company to Sell 8,796 Units Next Month... 52% Decrease Compared to Previous Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] Mid-sized housing companies will offer 8,796 units nationwide next month.
According to the April housing supply plan compiled by the Korea Housing Builders Association for its member companies on the 31st, a total of 8,796 units will be supplied across 15 projects by 13 companies.
This represents a 52% (9,652 units) decrease compared to the previous month's 18,448 units. However, it is a 13% (1,003 units) increase compared to the same period last year (7,793 units).
By region, 4,334 units will be supplied in the metropolitan area, and 4,462 units in other regions. Seoul is scheduled to have 240 units.
