Shinsegae Gangnam Branch, Visited by COVID-19 Confirmed Case... Operating Normally on the 31st
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam Branch announced on the 31st that it confirmed on the 30th that a confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) had visited on the 28th.
Shinsegae Department Store explained that immediately after confirming the confirmed case's visit, they checked the movement path through closed-circuit television (CCTV) together with health authorities, and thoroughly disinfected not only the confirmed movement path but also the entire store.
The Gangnam Branch, which is undergoing regular disinfection, added that it will operate normally on the 31st according to the guidelines of health authorities such as the Seocho District Office Infectious Disease Control Team.
Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam Branch has closed a total of four times due to visits by confirmed cases so far. Previously, on the 25th, it closed early after confirming that a confirmed case had visited the day before.
