[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Jo] Two more people have died from the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Daegu. They are an 80-year-old woman and a 70-year-old man. The total number of COVID-19 deaths in South Korea has now reached 154.
On the morning of the 29th, Daegu city announced that A (87, female) and B (78) who were confirmed positive for COVID-19 had passed away. A died at 10:08 PM the previous day at Daegu Medical Center, and B died at 5:26 PM on the same day at Fatima Hospital.
A had underlying conditions such as dementia and hypertension and was hospitalized at Hansarang Nursing Hospital, but was transferred to Daegu Medical Center after testing positive on the 18th. B, who had diabetes, visited the respiratory clinic at Fatima Hospital on the 1st due to symptoms such as diarrhea and phlegm, and was confirmed positive on the 4th.
