The Joeun Neukkim Organic Cotton Cover uses 100% organic cotton covers. Organic cotton refers to cotton grown from raw materials cultivated in soil that has not used chemical fertilizers for over three years. It received the Excellent certification in the dermatological skin irritation test from the German dermatological research institute Dermatest.
