[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Samyang Foods is launching a new product following 'Yeolmu Bibimmyun' and 'Burning Chili Bibimmyun' to aggressively target the seasonal noodle market this summer.
Samyang Foods announced on the 26th that it will release the new product 'Challenge! Buldak Bibimmyun.' Challenge! Buldak Bibimmyun is characterized by having two liquid sauces: the basic liquid sauce and an additional challenge sauce.
The basic liquid sauce offers a spicy yet sweet and tangy bibimmyun flavor with a Scoville rating of about 2,000, made by adding Taeyangcho chili paste and dongchimi extract to the signature spiciness of Buldak.

The challenge sauce has the same level of spiciness as the hottest product in the Buldak brand, 'Nuclear Buldak Bokkeummyun Mini,' and can be adjusted in quantity to suit individual preferences.
