Martial Arts, 'Overseas Marketing Class' Series Seminar Launches Online for the First Time
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] The Korea International Trade Association (KITA) will hold the first seminar of the '2020 KITA Overseas Marketing Class' online at 10 a.m. today.
The Overseas Marketing Class is a series of seminars on overseas market entry strategies held to continuously inform the trade industry of regional and product-specific market trends and tendencies amid the ongoing economic crisis.
As part of social distancing measures due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the lectures are pre-recorded and made available online. They can be viewed on KITA’s official YouTube channel and the association’s online seminar page (tv.kita.net).
This seminar, themed on Hallyu marketing strategies and cases, features lectures such as "Successful Strategies and Cases of Hallyu Marketing" by Professor Ko Jung-min of Hongik University’s Cultural Arts Management Department, and "Pucca’s Successful Entry into the Global Character Market" by Lee Sang-seok, Vice President of Booz, who made the Pucca character a success.
Following these, there will be a lecture by Ki Seo-cheol, CEO of Givest, which received Brand K certification for its wrinkle-improving product Wrinkle Power Peeling, titled "Successful Cases of Entering the Hallyu Beauty Market Using Brand K and Exhibitions/Consultations," as well as a lecture by Yoon Sang-bo, Vice President of K-Culture, publisher of Korea’s largest comprehensive Hallyu magazine K-Wave, on "Global Market Marketing Strategies Using Hallyu Media."
