SK Innovation Introduces Untact Method for Recruitment Written Exams
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Soyeon] SK Innovation announced on the 23rd that it conducted an online in-depth competency test as part of its untact (contactless) recruitment process.
The online in-depth competency test was conducted by having candidates connect to a 'video call system' on their individual PCs according to a pre-notified manual, then proceed with the online test under the guidance of proctors, who monitored the candidates via video to ensure the test was being taken smoothly.
About 300 candidates participated in the test that day. For the convenience of candidates and efficient progress, the test was divided into three sessions.
Each proctor was responsible for 10 candidates, which is half the number compared to the traditional offline written test.
