Daebo Group Employees Donate 100 Million Won in COVID-19 Relief Fund
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Daebo Group announced on the 20th that it donated 100 million KRW to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association to help overcome the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) crisis.
This donation was raised through a voluntary fundraising campaign by employees of Daebo Group affiliates starting from the 6th to overcome the COVID-19 situation.
Daebo Group combined the employees' contributions collected bit by bit with donations from its affiliates to form a total donation of 100 million KRW. The funds raised will be used for hygiene and quarantine supplies and material support to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and aid in damage recovery.
A Daebo Group official said, "We hope the sincerity collected by our employees will contribute even a little to overcoming COVID-19 and recovering from the damage," adding, "We pray that all citizens overcome this crisis well and return to a stable daily life, and we also send messages of thanks and support to the quarantine authorities and medical staff."
