Two Domestic COVID-19 Deaths Reported... 86th Case in the Country
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Dong-hoon] Two additional deaths due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) were reported in the Daegu area.
According to Daegu City on the 18th, a COVID-19 confirmed patient A (77) passed away at Yeungnam University Hospital at around 10:39 PM the previous day.
Patient A showed fever symptoms on the 3rd and underwent a COVID-19 test, which initially came back negative. However, a subsequent test on the 10th confirmed the infection. Patient A had underlying conditions including lung disease, diabetes, and hypertension.

On the same day at 6:25 PM, another COVID-19 confirmed patient B (79) died at Daegu Medical Center. Patient B was confirmed positive on the 4th and was found to have a history of tuberculosis.
