[Photo] Kim Seon-gap, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, Visits Nursing Hospital to Deliver Masks and Hand Sanitizers
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Kim Seon-gap, Mayor of Gwangjin District, visited nursing hospitals vulnerable to COVID-19 infection within the district on the 17th to inspect the quarantine system and distribute masks and hand sanitizers.
There are three nursing hospitals located in Gwangjin District: Pyeonanhan Nursing Hospital, Lian Nursing Hospital, and Dongbu Chamsarang Nursing Hospital. On this day, Mayor Kim visited all three hospitals and delivered a total of 6,000 dental masks and 60 bottles of hand sanitizer.
Mayor Kim Seon-gap said, "We provided masks and hand sanitizers to prevent COVID-19 infection among elderly patients with weakened immune systems admitted to nursing hospitals in the area, as well as medical staff, caregivers, and hospital employees who must care for many patients," adding, "We will pay more attention to preventing COVID-19 infections in vulnerable facilities within the district."
