Hwang Beom-seok, CEO of Lotte Department Store, Appointed as 25th President of Department Store Association
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Hwang Beom-seok, CEO of Lotte Department Store, has been appointed as the 25th president of the Korea Department Store Association.
The Korea Department Store Association held its 2020 regular general meeting on the 13th at Lotte Hotel Signiel Bicheon in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and appointed CEO Hwang Beom-seok as the new president.
CEO Hwang joined Lotte Department Store in 1992, served as head of the Fashion Division of the Merchandising Headquarters and store manager of Yeongdeungpo Branch, and from 2015, he was head of the Sales Headquarters and Merchandising Headquarters at Lotte Homeshopping. Since 2020, he has been serving as the head of the Department Store Business Division at Lotte Shopping.
