□ All Residents and Workers of Korea Building Test Negative on First Day
While investigations are ongoing for all residents and workers of Korea Building, all 436 individuals tested on the first day received negative results.
Following the outbreak of a cluster infection at the call center on the 11th floor of Korea Building, Guro-gu, together with Seoul City, Gyeonggi Province, and Incheon City, is conducting testing for all residents and workers of Korea Building.
Since another call center is located on the 7th to 9th floors of this building, the district quickly secured the list and informed the relevant local governments.
Additionally, the district directly contacted all employees of the call center on the 7th to 9th floors (including those from other local governments) by phone, urging them to get tested promptly.
The district set up a temporary screening clinic next to Korea Building and conducted tests on 436 people on the first day (10th) and 82 people on the second day (11th), excluding the 11th-floor call center employees who had already completed testing.
Fortunately, no confirmed cases were found from the tests conducted by the district on the first day.
Results from the second day will be announced on the 12th. Among those tested on the first day were 133 nearby residents who are neither workers nor residents of Korea Building.
