This project repurposed the Dream Start program budget, which was temporarily suspended due to the impact of COVID-19, to provide customized services to vulnerable children.
Meanwhile, in early February, 1,800 masks certified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, antibacterial soap, and promotional materials on preventive measures were distributed to the homes of 154 children to help prevent COVID-19 infection.
