Japan COVID-19 Cases Total 1,113... 56 New Cases in One Day
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Japan increased by 56 in one day, bringing the total to 1,113.
According to a compilation of announcements from local governments by NHK and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as of 11:30 PM the previous day, the confirmed COVID-19 cases in Japan include ▲696 passengers aboard the cruise ship "Diamond Princess," ▲14 returnees on charter flights, and ▲403 people infected in Japan or travelers from China.
