COVID-19 Response, Disinfection of Multi-use Facilities Using Wildfire Suppression Vehicles Implemented
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Young-gyun] The Baegam Office of Naejangsan National Park under the Korea National Park Service (Director Lee Jeon-woong) announced on the 6th that it recently conducted COVID-19 response activities alongside wildfire suppression training in observance of Spring Safety Inspection Day.
On this day, the Baegam Office of Naejangsan National Park conducted wildfire suppression equipment usage training and firefighting drills for all staff during the spring wildfire caution period to enhance early wildfire suppression and emergency response capabilities.
Additionally, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, safety education was provided to all staff, and multi-use facilities frequently used by visitors, such as public restrooms and the visitor support center, were disinfected using a multipurpose firefighting vehicle.
