On the 5th, Huanqiu Shibao reported, based on a UNESCO announcement, that the places currently implementing full school closures due to the spread of COVID-19 include Japan, Hong Kong, Macao, Mongolia, North Korea, Italy, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, and the United Arab Emirates, totaling 15 countries and regions.
