Hanse University, All 25 Nursing Graduates Pass National Exam
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] Hansei University announced on the 4th that all 25 nursing graduates from February passed the '2020 60th National Nursing Examination' conducted by the Korea Health Personnel Licensing Examination Institute.
The graduates who passed the national nursing exam have secured employment at Hyundai Asan Medical Center, Severance Hospital in Sinchon, Kangbuk Samsung Hospital, Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, Korea University Medical Center, and others.
Hansei University received approval from the Ministry of Education to establish the Department of Nursing in 2010 and has been recruiting freshmen since the 2011 academic year. The university conducts clinical practice through agreements with general and university hospitals and obtained nursing education accreditation in 2016.

Professor Kwon Kyung-ja, head of the Department of Nursing, stated, "We are cultivating professional nurses through systematic education, specialized nursing practice rooms, simulation classes, and clinical practice at major general hospitals with which we have agreements." She added, "Since last year, the freshman quota has increased by 7, selecting 40 students annually."
