View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The associate pastor (52) of Myeongseong Church in Seoul, who tested positive for COVID-19, will be discharged from the hospital on the morning of the 3rd.
According to Gangdong-gu on the 2nd, the associate pastor in his 50s at Myeongseong Church was diagnosed positive on the 25th of last month and has been hospitalized and treated since then. He tested negative on the 28th and again on the 2nd, receiving a full recovery diagnosis.
A 41-year-old female resident of Amsa-dong and an employee of Seongdong District Office, who is presumed to have been infected after riding the same apartment elevator as the Myeongseong Church associate pastor, also tested negative on a retest and was discharged on the 2nd.
At the end of last month, 254 people including church officials and congregants tested at the Myeongseong Church screening clinic all received negative results. Ten contacts, including family members of the 41-year-old female patient, also tested negative.
