According to Pohang City and the Marine Corps, Marine Corps officer A (34 years old) tested positive for COVID-19 on the 2nd.
A has been in self-quarantine since the 27th of last month and was confirmed positive following a test on the 1st.
Earlier, on the 23rd of last month, Marine Corps officer B (32, female) in Pohang was confirmed positive, marking the second confirmed case at the Pohang Marine Corps.
