Startup Promotion Agency-Korea Center for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology Business Agreement
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (President Kim Kwang-hyun) announced on the 2nd that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Center for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology (Director Ahn Hye-yeon) to provide startup education and mentoring services for women scientists and engineers.
This business agreement was signed to establish a foundation for cooperation in various fields, such as supporting online and offline startup education activities for prospective women scientists and engineers using the infrastructure and resources possessed by both organizations, and operating collaborative programs to discover and nurture outstanding prospective entrepreneurs.

Following this agreement, nationwide startup education for women scientists and engineers will be promoted, starting with practical startup education linkage, and specialized courses tailored to the demand of new industries will also be opened. Kim Kwang-hyun, President of the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development, said after signing the agreement, "It is significant in that we nurture future outstanding prospective entrepreneurs through startup education programs targeting women scientists and engineers," adding, "We will gradually reinforce the system to make it truly helpful for women scientists and engineers."
