'Mr. Trot' Confirms Resumption of Finals Recording on March 2
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ga-yeon] The recording of the 'Mr. Trot' finals, which had been canceled due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), will resume.
TV Chosun announced on the 27th through multiple media outlets that the recording of the popular trot competition program 'Tomorrow is Mr. Trot' finals will resume.
According to TV Chosun, the finals recording is scheduled to take place on the 2nd of next month at Paradise City in Incheon. However, it is expected that public attendance will not be allowed.
Previously, the 'Mr. Trot' team announced the cancellation of the recording on their homepage on the 24th.
The production team stated, "Due to additional confirmed cases and concerns about secondary infections caused by the COVID-19 virus, the audience attendance is being abruptly canceled," adding, "Considering that this is an event involving an unspecified large number of participants, we made this decision after deep consideration, prioritizing safety above all."
