A Child Meal Management Support Center to Open in Yeongdeungpo Rotary Mixed-Use Complex
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] A child meal management support center will be established in the residential-commercial complex near Yeongdeungpo Rotary in Seoul.
On the 26th, Seoul City held the 2nd Urban and Architectural Joint Committee and announced on the 27th that it had approved the amendment to the detailed development plan for the special planning district at 94-2, Yeongdeungpo-dong 1-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
The site is adjacent to the south side of Yeongdeungpo Rotary and was designated as a special planning district with a detailed development plan in July 2016. Currently, a residential-commercial building with 4 basement floors and 23 above-ground floors is under construction.
The main point of this amendment is to allocate part of the building as a public office to be used as a Child Meal Management Support Center, which supports hygiene and nutrition management for meals at kindergartens and daycare centers. Accordingly, the maximum floor area ratio will also be changed.
