Ewha Womans University Closes Building and Conducts Disinfection After COVID-19 Confirmed in Student's Family
[Asia Economy Reporter Wondara] A family member of a student at Ewha Womans University in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), prompting the school to close the building the student visited and begin disinfection.
According to Ewha Womans University on the 26th, engineering student A informed the school in the morning that "a family member tested positive." A had visited Asan Engineering Hall between 2 PM and 4 PM the previous day.
Accordingly, the school closed Asan Engineering Hall, which A visited, and the New Engineering Hall connected to it from 2 PM that day and started disinfection work. These buildings will remain closed until the 29th of this month.
