Lotte Confectionery Introduces Monshell and Custard Featuring Seasonal Strawberries
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Lotte Confectionery announced on the 26th that it has launched five new products using seasonal fruit strawberries to welcome the upcoming spring season.
The five new products are based on the concept of a "Strawberry Specialty Store." The "Mon Cher Strawberry Fresh Cream Cake" contains jam made with Nonsan strawberries inside soft fresh cream, offering a fluffy and moist texture. The "Custard Cacaoberry" is a cocoa cake filled with sweet milk cream and tangy berry jam.
"LotSan Strawberry" features crispy cookies sandwiching refreshing strawberry cream, enhancing the flavor of strawberries. The "Choco Pie Strawberry & Cheese" contains strawberry cookie chips inside a pie with a rich cheese flavor, providing a chewy texture, and includes strawberry-flavored marshmallows. The "Kancho Strawberry Yogurt" has sweet strawberry yogurt cream inside a biscuit.
