Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education Announces Personnel Appointments for 507 General Civil Servants
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 20th that it has carried out personnel appointments for 507 general administrative officials effective from the 1st of next month.
This personnel appointment was made to fill vacancies caused by honorary retirements and to strengthen the policy planning, coordination, and control tower functions at the headquarters following organizational restructuring, as well as to establish school support centers focused on school sites.
The scale of the personnel changes includes 170 promotions (14 at grade 6, 35 at grade 7, 121 at grade 8), 74 transfers, 218 organizational restructuring appointments, 26 honorary retirements, and 19 new appointments, totaling 507 people.
For grade 4, Jeong Mi-ra, a secretary officer, was appointed as the head of the newly established Safety and Welfare Division of the Policy Bureau due to organizational restructuring, and Kim Kwang-il, a secretary officer, was transferred to the position of Planning and Management Director at Naju Public Library.
In the case of grade 5, talents with communication and collaboration capabilities were selected through a position recruitment system for the school support center directors, positions filled by general administrative officials.
Accordingly, Kim Young-kwon, Administrative Director of Naju High School, was appointed as the Director of the Yeongam Education Support Office School Support Center, and Kim Seon-bok, Administrative Director of Moksang High School, was appointed as the Director of the Boseong Education Support Office School Support Center.
