"Partners' Employees Are Also Our Family"... POSCO Energy Leads Win-Win Management
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] POSCO Energy is taking the lead in win-win management by supporting funeral supplies for employees of partner companies who have affection for their company.
Since the 3rd, POSCO Energy has decided to provide funeral support regardless of the length of service for the spouses, parents, and the employees themselves of a total of 10 resident partner companies, including maintenance, facility management, security, and cleaning. To activate the system, the procedure has also been simplified so that partner companies can apply directly to the funeral service providers.
POSCO Energy has been continuously making various efforts to establish a win-win system with partner companies based on POSCO Group's management philosophy of "Corporate Citizenship Growing Together."
To this end, POSCO Energy pays 100% of the purchase amount in cash to help alleviate the financial difficulties of partner companies. In addition, to spread a "safety culture growing together with partner companies," since 2018, it has conducted quarterly full surveys of safety protective gear for partner company employees. POSCO Energy inspects whether the safety protective gear worn by partner company employees is supported at the same level as direct employees and immediately provides replacement for damaged protective gear to create a safe and comfortable workplace.
