Gwangju Buk-gu to Recruit 11 District Auditor Members in 2 Fields by the 19th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Moon In) announced on the 13th that it is recruiting the 3rd term of district auditors until the 19th to expand residents' participation in district administration and realize open administration.
The 'District Auditor' system allows residents to present suggestions for institutional improvements regarding overall district administration and directly participate in practical audits such as district self-audits or special audits, thereby enhancing the transparency and fairness of audit tasks.
Applicants must be residents aged 19 or older who currently have an address or business place in Buk-gu and are willing to participate in district administrative activities. The total number of recruits is 11, including 9 in general fields and 2 in specialized fields.
In particular, for specialized fields (law and supervision), applicants must hold relevant certifications and have experience in the respective fields. Residents of Gwangju City can apply regardless of their address.
The selection results will be individually notified to the selected candidates next month. The term of office is two years, with the possibility of one renewal.
