Lotteria Launches 'Miracle Burger' Made with Plant-Based Patty
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Lotteria announced on the 13th that it will launch the 'Miracle Burger,' made with plant-based patties, buns, and sauces, for the first time in the domestic franchise industry.
The Miracle Burger carries the concept of 'Not Beef, But Beef (veef),' meaning it tastes like meat without containing any meat.
The patty is made by optimally combining soy protein and wheat protein to perfectly replicate the texture of meat. The sauce uses soy instead of eggs to enhance the savory flavor, and the bun is made from plant-based ingredients instead of milk components.
