[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyung-min] Chinese President Xi Jinping, who has faced harsh criticism for allegedly evading responsibility for the novel coronavirus crisis, made his first on-site visit.
On the afternoon of the 10th, Xi Jinping guided the prevention and control efforts against the novel coronavirus infection in Beijing, Xinhua News Agency reported.
President Xi visited a residents' committee in Chaoyang District to receive reports on frontline quarantine measures and the provision of essential goods to residents, and to encourage the workers and residents.
