Hyundai Department Store to Raise 200 Billion KRW via Shareholder-Allocated Paid-in Capital Increase for Duty-Free Shops
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Hyundai Department Store announced on the 6th that it has decided to conduct a 200 billion KRW rights offering to raise operating funds for Hyundai Department Store Duty Free.
The newly issued shares are 4 million common shares, and the issue price per share is 50,000 KRW.
Hyundai Department Store explained the purpose of the capital increase as "to operate the second downtown duty-free store (Dongdaemun branch) of Hyundai Department Store Duty Free."
