Songpa-gu Created 11,014 Jobs Last Year... Published '2020 Songpa-gu Job Guidebook'
From Job Listings to Employment and Startup Support... All Job Policies in One Volume
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Songpa-gu (Mayor Park Seong-su) has published the "2020 Songpa-gu Job Guidebook," which comprehensively summarizes this year's job policies by sector and employment and start-up support systems.
Songpa-gu has been promoting job creation as the top priority project of the 7th local government administration. Based on the "Job Policy Roadmap" established last year, the district is discovering good jobs directly linked to residents' quality of life and strengthening human and physical infrastructure to support employment and start-ups.
This time, the district has produced and distributed the "Job Guidebook" so that job seekers and companies can easily check Songpa's unique job policies and various employment and start-up information.
The guidebook contains valuable information such as △population and business status by neighborhood △job facility status △job projects by sector.
Specifically, it includes a "Job Map" that allows users to see at a glance the locations of more than 20 job support facilities in the area.
In addition, it introduces programs of each facility, including the Songpa Job Integrated Support Center, the district's job control tower, Songpa ICT Youth Start-up Support Center, Munjeong Biz Valley Job Hub Center, and Songpa Women's Career Connection Center.
Moreover, it comprehensively covers the district's job projects by sector. It details ▲over 3,400 public job recruitment information ▲customized vocational skill development training programs for groups such as women, youth, and middle-aged people ▲employment linkage services that increase job matching rates, such as the "Munjeong Biz Valley Online Specialized Recruitment Center," "Employment Success 19 Day (Job Seeking Day)," and job fairs.
Additionally, it includes information on loan support and excellent certification acquisition support systems for the sustainable growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as start-up support information such as residency support at the Songpa ICT Youth Start-up Support Center and the "Songpa Youth Start-up Challenge Project."
Through this guidebook, it is expected to improve job seekers' access to job information and provide practical help for companies and prospective entrepreneurs seeking new opportunities.
The "2020 Songpa-gu Job Guidebook" will be distributed in early February at the district office, community service centers, and local job support facilities. Later, anyone can download it from the Songpa Job Integrated Support Center website (job.songpa.go.kr) resource room.
