Daelim Industrial to Supply 21,932 Households This Year... "Continuing Complete Sell-Out"
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Daelim Industrial plans to supply a total of 21,932 households across 22 major project sites nationwide this year.
On the 29th, Daelim Industrial stated, "Despite various market adversities last year, we succeeded in selling out all our supply volumes," adding, "This year, we plan to continue this momentum by combining unique products that meet consumer needs with new attempts."
Last year, Daelim Industrial supplied a total of 20,661 households across 19 project sites. In terms of supply volume, it ranked among the top alongside Daewoo and POSCO Construction. Notably, all general sale units were contracted. Starting with ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gyeyang The Premier’ in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, all e-Pyeonhansesang units supplied in Busan, Goyang, Hanam, Seongnam, Gimpo, Geoje, and other locations found owners.
Daelim Industrial emphasized, "Achieving 100% sales last year was a result accomplished amid an unstable real estate market." In fact, Daelim Industrial quickly completed contracts for ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gimpo Royal Heim (total 574 households)’ in Masong District, Gimpo City, which was considered geographically disadvantageous, and ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seomyeon The Central (total 1,050 households)’ in Beomcheon-dong, Busan. This year, Daelim Industrial will supply a total of 21,932 households in major cities with high interest such as Incheon, Daegu, Anyang, and Gimpo. It plans to kick off sales in May through the Cheongcheon 2 District redevelopment project in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. This mammoth complex consists of 5,190 households, with 3,016 units available for general sale. Adjacent to Jangsusan and Wonjeoksan Parks, the residential environment is excellent, and the San-gok Station on Line 7 is scheduled to open nearby in 2020. The area around the complex is expected to transform into a large-scale new apartment residential area with 15,000 households through redevelopment, raising expectations for development.

Other major complexes include the Deokhyeon District redevelopment project in Hogye-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang City. In August, Daelim will supply a large complex of 2,886 households in a consortium with Kolon Global. The general sale volume is 1,219 households. Located south of Pyeongchon New Town, it shares the Pyeongchon living area. It boasts an excellent educational environment with nearby elementary and middle schools and the Pyeongchon academy district. Particularly, the fact that redevelopment and reconstruction projects for 7,910 households are underway nearby is also a positive factor.
