Mokpo City Recruiting Participants for Youth Employment Housing Cost Support Program
Recruiting 71 People, Applications Accepted Until February 21
Expected to Promote 'Housing Stability and Economic Independence' for Young Employees in Small and Medium Enterprises
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeong Hyeong-seok] Mokpo City announced on the 29th that it is recruiting 71 participants for the '2020 Youth Employment Housing Cost Support Project' from the 28th of last month until February 21.
This project is a joint effort by Jeollanam-do Province and Mokpo City to support the housing stability and economic independence of young people who work diligently at local small and medium-sized enterprises, providing housing cost support of 100,000 KRW per month for one year.
The eligible applicants are youths aged between 18 and 39, whose registered address as of the application date is Mokpo City, who work at small and medium-sized enterprises in Jeollanam-do, reside in rented or lease housing, and have an income below a certain threshold.
The city plans to finalize the recipients after screening applicants for eligibility restrictions, such as whether they are already receiving housing support from the national or local governments.
Those who wish to participate in the project can fill out the application form posted on the Mokpo City website announcement section and apply in person at the City Hall Job and Youth Policy Division.
