SkyMoonTechnology was designated as a management item on March 18 of last year due to operating losses for four consecutive fiscal years. On this day, it disclosed that it incurred operating losses for five consecutive fiscal years through an announcement of management item designation or delisting reasons at the internal settlement date. If it is confirmed through SkyMoonTechnology's audit report that operating losses occurred for five consecutive fiscal years, the Exchange plans to conduct a review to determine whether it falls under the substantial review of listing eligibility.
