Samsung Electronics Extends Free Warranty Period for Core Components of Induction Cooktops with Three or More Burners Up to 10 Years
A Samsung Electronics model is introducing the 'Induction Premium Care Service' at the Samsung Electronics Digital City Premium House located in Maetan-dong, Suwon-si. This service offers a 10-year free warranty on the induction coil and a 3-year free warranty on the top plate for customers who purchase an induction with three or more zones starting from the 1st of this month.

Samsung Electronics announced on the 22nd that starting from the 1st of this month, it will implement the Induction Premium Care service, which extends the free warranty period for core components for customers who purchase induction cooktops with three or more burners.
Previously, the free warranty period for both the induction coil and the cooktop surface was one year, but it has now been extended to 10 years and 3 years respectively. The induction coil warranty applies to all 15 models of induction cooktops with three or more burners, while the cooktop surface warranty applies only to the 9 most recently released models among them.
However, the free warranty period for parts other than the induction coil and cooktop surface remains unchanged at one year.
If a consumer experiences a malfunction while using the induction cooktop under normal conditions, the relevant parts can be replaced free of charge during the extended warranty period.
