Ebest Investment & Securities, New Employee Training for Second Half Recruitment
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Ebest Investment & Securities announced on the 20th that it conducted a two-week introductory training program for new employees hired through rolling recruitment in the second half of 2019 at its headquarters and the Seoul Yeouido Financial Investment Education Center.
The employees participating in this training were 13 new hires recruited as needed by each business division from September 2019 until the end of the year.
The new employee training covered essential curricula for company life, including basic understanding of the securities industry, IT security and information protection, internal control, visits to related institutions, and meetings with the CEO.
Team leaders and executives from major internal departments served as instructors and mentors during the training. Additionally, self-development programs by external instructors, such as organizational build-up, ROTA assessment, and self-leadership, were also provided.
