Gyeonggi Urban公 to Supply 64 Youth Purchase Rental Housing Units
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation will supply 64 purchase rental housing units to stabilize housing for young people such as university students and job seekers. The supply units are purchase rental housing located in Suwon, Yongin, Pyeongtaek, and Hwaseong cities, and will be rented at 30% or 50% of the market price.
Applicants must be homeless, unmarried university students, job seekers, or young people aged 19 to 39. Applications are possible if the applicant's income is 100% or less of the previous year's average monthly income per household of urban workers.
Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation will select the final tenants considering income levels and other factors. Applications will be accepted from the 3rd to the 7th of next month.
The initial lease period is 2 years, and if the tenant qualification is maintained, renewal is possible up to twice, allowing residence for up to 6 years.
