Daekyo Publishes 'Aju Teukbyeolhan Uri Hyung 2'... Author Lecture Event
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Daekyo announced on the 20th that it has published "A Very Special Our Brother 2" under its children's publishing brand "Daekyo Books Junior."
The newly released book contains content about society's perspective on people with disabilities and the changing culture. It is a sequel published more than 20 years after the original "A Very Special Our Brother," which was released in 1999 and sold over 500,000 copies. The story depicts the main character's life one year after the previous installment.
To commemorate the new release, an author lecture event has also been arranged. It will be held on the afternoon of the 1st of next month at the Learning Hall in Kyobo Bookstore Gwanghwamun Branch, Seoul. The event will provide an opportunity to discuss improving awareness of people with disabilities and explore challenges that our society needs to address moving forward.
