Construction will begin in the second half of 2022. The cost of building the new facility is estimated to be between 135 billion and 150 billion KRW. The city will establish a basic plan by October through the promotion of the 'Basic Concept and Commercialization Strategy Establishment' project and will proceed with related procedures such as feasibility studies.
