On the 15th, Professor Kim posted on his Facebook, "The person called the president is insulting the people by treating them like dogs and pigs under the guise of a press conference," adding, "If we remain silent, they will truly look down on us and treat us as mere playthings, and the world will degenerate into a totalitarian state similar to North Korea."
He continued, "We must rise up and strongly exercise the people's right to resist to protect the Republic of Korea," and argued, "The only legal way to remove these evil people from the Blue House is to overwhelmingly support the new party, which, although a pathetic opposition, is now trying to unify late."
Professor Kim added, "For the sake of our precious country that we have protected so far and for the generations to come, let us rise resolutely and restore the world to a perfectly normal and reasonable country as soon as possible."
Earlier on the 14th, Professor Kim also criticized President Moon's North Korea policy. In a post on Facebook, he pointed out, "They have no interest whatsoever in North Korea's denuclearization, are busy trying to win the favor of Kim Jongun (Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of North Korea) despite all the criticism, treat South Korea's critics as if they were the main enemy, and bulldoze over all their own filthy corruption as if by force."
He reiterated his criticism, saying, "No matter how much they want to cover the sky with dirty hands, throughout history, the fate of brutal dictatorships has been to fall miserably into ruin."
Professor Kim had previously declared his support after being recruited by Moon Jaein, then a presidential candidate, in April 2017, just before the presidential election.
