Kobaco's 'Gongyu Training Center'... Opened to SMEs
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Junho] The Korea Broadcast Advertising Corporation will open its training center located on the Namhangang River in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province, to the public starting this month.
The corporation announced on the 15th that it will introduce the concept of the sharing economy to the training center and open it to small and medium-sized enterprises and organizations without training facilities.
The corporation will offer special preferential discounts for shared training centers to customers with long-term contracts of over two years, as well as weekend usage services for employees of partner organizations. Various programs are also planned, including partnership discounts linked to local events and weekend customer discounts for small-scale weekend training sessions.
This training center has been operated as a training facility for the media, broadcasting and advertising industries, and public institutions since 1984. Currently, it is used by about 40,000 people annually. It has 100 rooms and can accommodate up to 347 people.
