On the 10th, Entels announced through a disclosure that its largest shareholder, Shim Jaehee, sold 19.43% (1.34 million shares) of the company's stock to HFR for 26.5 billion KRW. Entels was spun off in 2000 from SK Telecom's in-house venture team and counts the three major domestic mobile carriers, Samsung Electronics, and global network equipment companies such as Nokia among its major clients.
